Most chicken parmesan meals take a long time to make and need a lot of time and effort. I'm so delighted that this chicken parmesan recipe is certainly easier. It tastes like it's been cooking for a long time since the flavors have mixed perfectly. However, you can quickly put this supper together at the last minute and it will turn out very well.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 chicken breast halves
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups panko bread crumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups olive oil, fried
  • 1 cup prepared tomato sauce
  • ½ cup fresh mozzarella, cut into small cubes
  • ½ cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1 cup grated provolone cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 450 °F. A big baking sheet should be lightly sprayed.
  • In a mixing bowl, mix breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. In a second bowl, melt the butter. Brush the chicken with butter before putting it in the breadcrumb mixture. Repeat with the remaining chicken on a baking sheet.
  • Spray the top with a little extra oil and bake for another 25 minutes.
  • Remove the chicken from the oven and top each piece with 1 tbsp sauce and 1 1/2 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
