  • 4 pcs Egg
  • ¼ cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Cornstarch
  • 1 ¼ cup Peanut oil for frying
  • 8 pcs Chicken tenders
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 tsp Prepared Horseradish
  • 1 tsp Dry Mustard Powder
  • 12 Slices Bacon
  • 8 Thin Slices Cheddar Cheese
  • 8 Plain Frozen Waffles

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, cayenne pepper, 1 tablespoon salt, and black pepper. Shake together the flour, cornstarch, and 1 tablespoon salt in a paper bag.
  • The chicken should be dipped in the beaten egg mixture, then tossed in the flour mixture and shaken to coat. Avoid stacking the breaded chicken on a wire rack. Allow 20 minutes for the coating to harden on the chicken.
  • In a deep-fryer or big saucepan, heat approximately 3 inches of oil to 375 degrees F. (190 degrees C). Fry chicken in small batches for 5 to 8 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the pan and drain it on paper towels. Remove from the oven and set aside or keep warm in a low oven.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, mix the mayonnaise, maple syrup, horseradish, and mustard powder. Cook the bacon in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, for about 10 minutes, or until evenly browned. On a paper towel-lined dish, drain the bacon slices.
  • Top 4 waffles with 2 chicken tenders, 3 pieces bacon, and 2 slices of Cheddar cheese on a baking sheet. 3 to 5 minutes under the broiler, or until the cheese is thoroughly melted. Place the remaining 4 waffles on top of the sandwich and spread 3 tablespoons of maple mayonnaise on them. 3–5 minutes, or until the cheese is thoroughly melted on the sandwich.
