This is a quick vegan smoothie with a deep pink color and a rich, creamy texture. Very filling and perfect for people in a hurry in the morning. You don’t have to give up on a great breakfast when it’s so quick to prepare! I use soy milk fortified with vitamins.
Hearty Fruit and Oat Smoothie Recipe
- ½ cup Oats
- 1 large banana
- 2 medium-sized strawberries
- 1 cup milk
- a handful of blueberries
- a handful of raspberries
- a few mint leaves
- a few slices of ginger
- Add oats and the remaining ingredients into a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
- Pour into a glass or bowl to serve as a snack.
- If desired, add a spoonful of yogurt or kefir.
