Ingredients
  

  • lbs. salmon
  • Steak seasoning from Organics or your go-to blend from Grill Mates, Kinders, etc.
  • 1 sliced green bell pepper
  • 1 sliced red bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp softened butter
  • 4 hoagie rolls

Instructions
 

  • Set the oven temperature to 425° F.
  • Put the sliced peppers, onions, and mushrooms on a sheet pan lined with foil or parchment paper to make cleanup easier. Put the salmon on a baking sheet with the skin side down. Sprinkle your favorite steak seasoning over everything and drizzle with olive oil.
